1. No Delivery or Shipping Services
Twisted Roots Cannabis Dispensary does not offer delivery or shipping services. All cannabis products must be picked up in-store at our licensed retail location in Oshawa, Ontario.
As per Ontario’s cannabis regulations, we are only permitted to sell cannabis directly to customers in-store and cannot ship cannabis products.
2. How to Place an Order
Customers can place orders in the following ways:
✅ Online: Browse our menu and place an order through our website.
✅ In-Store: Visit us and place your order with our staff.
💳 Payment Options:
- Pay online when placing your order.
- Pay in-store at the time of pickup (debit, credit, or cash accepted).
3. In-Store Pickup Requirements
📍 Pickup Location: 191 Bloor St E, Oshawa, ON L1H 3M3
⏳ Pickup Timeframe: Orders must be picked up on the same day they are placed.
- You must be 19 years or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID.
- Only the person who placed the order can pick it up – no third-party pickups.
- Orders not picked up by the end of the day may be canceled.
4. Compliance with Ontario Cannabis Laws
Twisted Roots Cannabis Dispensary follows all regulations set by:
- The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO)
- The Cannabis Licence Act, 2018
- Ontario Cannabis Control Act
