This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Twisted Roots Cannabis Dispensary e-commerce platform.
2. License Grant
- Twisted Roots grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our online ordering platform.
- You may not modify, resell, or reverse-engineer the platform
3. User Obligations
- You must be 19+ years old and provide valid ID.
- You must ensure your account information is accurate.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
5. Disclaimer
- The platform is provided “as is” without warranties.
- We are not responsible for service interruptions or third-party issues.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
